Who we are

Bloom Room is an agency that helps women earn from video calls. We connect creators with the platform, the training, and the support to do that well. Our fee for that is agreed with you on the onboarding call, before you start.

Who can work with us

• You're 18 or older. No exceptions.
• You're working with us by choice, and you can stop whenever you want.
• The information you give us about yourself is accurate.

What we do

• Onboard and train you, then support you while you work.
• Help you set up and manage your calls on the schedule you choose.
• Bring you leads and support you while you work.

What we don't do

• We never pressure you into anything you're not comfortable with. You control what happens on camera.
• We never share or sell your personal information. See our privacy page.
• We don't lock you into a contract. There's no notice period and no penalty for leaving.

Payments

The platform handles all payouts every week, through the method you choose. Our fee for the setup, leads, and support we provide is agreed with you on the onboarding call and won't change without telling you first. We don't guarantee earnings: what you make depends on your hours and how you work. Any figures on this site are examples, not promises.

Independent work

• You work as an independent contractor, not an employee of Bloom Room.
• You decide your hours, your boundaries, and what happens on camera.
• Your content and your conduct on calls are your responsibility.

Ending things

You can stop working with us at any time, for any reason. We can do the same, for example if the terms here aren't respected. Either way, you're paid everything you've earned up to that point.

Changes to these terms

If we update these terms, we'll change the date at the top. For anything that affects you directly, we'll tell you on WhatsApp before it takes effect.
