Privacy

When you first reach out

• Your first name, so we know who we are talking to.
• Your WhatsApp number, so we can reach you.
• Your country, so the right team helps you.
• Your confirmation that you are 18 or older.
• Your answers to our onboarding questions and, if you continue, two recent non-explicit photos: a selfie and a full-body photo.
• Information you choose to share in messages or during your onboarding call.

When you become a host

If you decide to join, we create a private members account for you. To run it, we hold:

• Your name, username, country, phone number, and verified login email.
• A password, which is handled by our sign-in provider. We never see it and never store it in a form anyone can read.
• Your nickname and account ID on the partner app.
• A private profile photo used in your internal host record.
• Your host level, account standing, approval details, and recent activity information.

As you work with us

• Your progress through the lessons, including which you have finished and when.
• Your written agreement record, including its version, the clauses you confirm, the exact text you type, your panel language, and the date and time of each confirmation.
• Earnings entries recorded in partner-app coins, including the amount and date and any note needed to explain an entry.
• Your ranking if we run a leaderboard. A host receives only her own figures and calculated position. Other hosts' names, account IDs, and earnings are not sent to her browser.
• Administrative records about account changes, support actions, and tasks connected with your host record.

About identity documents

We do not ask you to send identity documents. There is one narrow exception. If you look very young and we cannot confirm your age in any other way, we may ask you to show an ID. Before showing it, blur or cover every detail except your first name and photo. We do not need a full copy.

Information collected automatically

• Basic device, browser, page-view, referral, and approximate location information used for site analytics.
• Session, login, and security information needed to authenticate members, prevent abuse, and investigate failed sign-in attempts.

How we use it

• To reply to you and see whether we are the right fit.
• To match you with opportunities that suit your schedule.
• To run your account, your lessons, and your written agreement.
• To record your earnings and, if we run one, your leaderboard ranking.
• To administer host levels, account standing, support, and operational records.
• To keep the site and accounts secure.

Depending on the situation, we use this information to take steps you request before joining, perform our agreement with you, operate and secure Bloom Room, meet legal obligations, or act with your consent where consent is required.

Who we share it with

We do not sell or rent your personal information. We disclose only what is needed for the service, support, security, or law to:

• The Bloom Room team members who onboard or support you.
• The partner app, so your host account can operate.
• Service providers that run our site, database, authentication, storage, email delivery, analytics, booking, and communications. These currently include Vercel, Supabase, Calendly, and WhatsApp.
• Authorities or professional advisers when disclosure is required by law or reasonably necessary to protect rights, safety, or the service.

Some providers and the partner app may process information in other countries under their own privacy terms and the safeguards required by applicable law.

Analytics and advertising

We use Vercel Web Analytics to understand how people find and move through this site, like which pages they visit and roughly where they come from. It does not use cookies, it does not follow you across other websites, and it is not tied to your name or your chat with us.

We may advertise on Meta, but this site does not currently load a Meta measurement pixel. If that changes, we will update this page and use any consent controls required by law.

Cookies

We use necessary cookies to keep members signed in, protect accounts, remember the language selected for private pages, and remember valid access to the private info page. Calendly may set its own cookies if you open its booking tool. Vercel Web Analytics does not use cookies. You can block cookies in your browser, but the login and private areas may stop working.

How long we keep it

• If you do not proceed, we delete the applicant information we control within 30 days unless we need a limited record for security, a dispute, or a legal obligation.
• While you work with us, we keep only what we need, and only while you are active.
• When you leave, we remove your personal information from our active systems and use the partner app's deletion process for your active profile, photos, messages, and media. A provider or law may require a limited technical, transaction, security, or legal record to remain for longer. We keep only what is needed for that purpose and delete it when the required period ends.

Keeping it safe

Your password is managed by our sign-in provider and is never available to Bloom Room in readable form. Private host records and photos are access-controlled, and the admin area requires an approved account and multi-factor authentication. No internet service can guarantee absolute security, but we limit access and use technical safeguards appropriate to the information.

Your rights

• Ask what we hold about you. We will tell you.
• Ask us to correct anything wrong. We will fix it.
• Ask us to delete your information or limit how we use it, subject to any record we must keep by law.
• Object to certain uses, request a portable copy where available, or withdraw consent without affecting earlier lawful use.
• Complain to the data-protection authority available to you.

We may need to confirm your identity before acting on a request. Rights can vary by country.

Under 18

Bloom Room is only for adults. Do not contact us, apply, create an account, or use the partner app if you are under 18. If we learn that an underage person provided information, we end the process and delete the information we control.
